We Operate by Appointment Only
Appointment Policy
To allow adequate time for clients, patients, and procedures, we operate by appointment only . Emergency cases always receive top priority and are inevitable so an appointment delay can occur at times but we attempt to see each patient promptly.
For your convenience, scheduled drop off appointments are available. This entails dropping off your pet in the morning for a few hours. The doctor contacts you when the pet has been examined to construct a treatment plan and schedule a discharge time for pickup.
Vaccination Policy
For the safety of our staff, patients, and clients we adhere to the state law of a current Rabies vaccine for all dogs and cats.
Leash/Carrier Policy
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. For this reason, dogs must be leashed, and cats crated and other pocket pets be properly contained (crates, cages).
Payment Policy
We do not bill and require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept credit card, cash, check, and CareCredit .
Prescription Policy
A yearly physical exam is necessary to maintain a current doctor-client-patient relationship for prescriptions. These include medicine, heartworm prevention, prescription diets, certain flea and tick control, and online order requests.
